Cardboard skeleton for structural support.
-
Small amount of cardboard (because it's an unusual shape) and foam on the side detail. Core-plast and cardboard for the lower level.

Shipping is extra
We clocked our hours at 160 for the full Ghost Star Destroyer project. 2 weeks to build the hull, 2 weeks to build the inside. The bridge diorama needed a removable top lid, structure underneath to hold it, and sides to surround it. The elevator has a clutch, so that it never tangles. The elevator stops at all 3 floors and has a little handle to turn it. Airbrushed detail, subtle on the outside of the hull (can be turned up, by request). Laser prints were used for the stickers, therefore they'll never bleed. We used good quality plastic, it has some flex to it, so it won't shatter or crack. Durable and sturdy, it's the thickness of a nickel. Does not give an off-gas.
