Payment

We accept Western Union Money Transfer, MoneyGram, International Postal Money Order, major credit cards and debit. We require a deposit of half the full cost of the project to start working on your project. All prices are in US dollars.

 

Shipping/Receiving

Your item is shipped on Fridays, where we send you your tracking number by photo of shipping information on your package, confirming address. So on all items shipped through Canada Post Shipping. Track and calculate shipping costs at www.canadapost.com.

 

Shipping dates are approximate and is dependent on when the shipment of supplies arrives for us to start working.

 

Return Policy

Due to the nature of custom products we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is proven to be defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect within 7 business days of receiving your package and we will determine a workable solution.

                        

Upon receipt of the returned product, if necessary, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

 

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

 

Warranty

             

McRobo Creations warranties material and workmanship on all custom designed items for a period of 30 days after date of shipment.

This warranty is limited to either the repair or replacement of the defective Item, at no charge, after we determine that the item was defective because of faulty material or poor workmanship. Warranty returns will not be accepted without prior notification and authorization. All materials will be returned by land freight unless an alternative method of shipment is previously authorized by McRobo Creations. All related freight charges and evaluation fees would be the responsibility of the customer if materials were found to be within manufacturing and product specifications.

 

Extended warranty can be purchased.
