The Concept
Take a character you like and design it to fit on a motorcycle helmet. The idea is to create pieces that safely attach to your motorbike helmet. Permanently with adhesives, or with thin straps that hold snugly that can be quickly removed.
Lightweight pieces are sturdy and durable.
How it Works
Our custom-made panels attach to any make/model of helmet. To attach, either use adhesives or let us fasten the pieces together in a band-and-ring system that you slip over your helmet.
Materials
ABS plastic is used for the main structure. Pieces can be filled with a foam sealant, which makes the pieces have a "solid" feeling. Only non-scratch plastics are used.

Painted silver, with brushed metal and gold edging on cheeks and top fin. The pieces are filled with solid foam.

The pieces were directly fastened to the helmet with screws. Then the final product got a super paint job.

Artist's Concept Art
It's, of course, whatever you can imagine. But we have to start somewhere. Here are some sketches to get you thinking about the types of applications for your Showpiece Motorcycle Helmet.
Make 'em Match
Customize your helmet to match your bike
Transform your motorbike helmet into a Custom Showpiece that compliments your bike
This is a formed panel with foam spray.
The Band-and-Ring Design
This is our fastening system for attaching our ABS plastic panels to a motorcycle helmet.
Materials include rubber strapping and plastic rings, about 3/4" diameter. The simplest design would require 5 rings and 8 rubber straps. Each ring would be a location to fasten ABS plastic parts to.
Designed to be removed with ease. Won't harm the finish of the motorcycle helmet.

Options to choose from when creating the pieces for your helmet.
-
Formed, One-sided Panel. The pieces can be made by bending them into shape, leaving the pieces hollow and without a back.
-
Formed Panel with Reinforced Back. Shaped panels have a back piece welded on for strength. Solid in appearance and durability.
-
Formed Panel, Reinforced Back with Foam Injected. Household Gap Filler Foam fills the hollow pieces to make a solid form. The piece is more resistant to breakage and still remains lightweight.
-
Desert Skull with Hair. Lightweight horns, face shield quite visible.
